This policy explains how EasyPobyt collects, uses, and protects personal data when you use our services.
1. Data we collect
We process account and authentication data, payment status data, and case-workspace data (answers, checklist progress, notes). We do not process uploaded legal documents for analysis.
2. How we use data
We use personal data to provide access to the service, process payments, maintain your workspace, prevent abuse, and provide support.
3. Legal bases
We process data on the basis of contract performance (service delivery), legitimate interests (service security and abuse prevention), and legal obligations where required.
4. Storage and processors
We use service providers such as Supabase (authentication and data storage) and Stripe (payments). These processors act under their own contractual and security obligations.
5. Retention
Account and workspace data is retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period after closure for legal, fraud-prevention, and accounting purposes. Payment records are retained as required by accounting/tax law.
6. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection where applicable. You may also request data portability where legally available.
